Jennifer Lopez is ushering in the transitional season, thanks to her newly released campaign for Coach. Introducing the brand’s spring/summer collection, Lopez poses in micro leather shorts, a black bralette top, and a chunky fisherman cardigan. On her feet are white leather heeled mules, making for a look that works effortlessly not only for warm and cool weather, but also for morning, noon, and night. With a natural face of makeup and a blowout, Lopez’s look is an elegant take on ’90s grunge, with a bit of early-aughts flair. Hot pants are a trend on the rise, recently embraced by Hailey Bieber, Bella Hadid, and more, and this Coach campaign officially marks Lopez’s foray into pulling off the thigh-skimming bottoms.
Lopez proudly shared the images on her Instagram account on Monday, writing, “First Look 👀 . . . Spring is in the air 🌼.” In additional shots released by Coach, Lopez stands on the arms of an oversize leather chair wearing a logo coat and coordinated bottoms, finished with high-top sneakers. She also carries a white Tabby 26 bag, a re-release by the label for the upcoming season.
Lopez has been featured in a number of Coach campaigns over the past year. Back in April, she promoted a retro-inspired handbag shoot, in which she actually sported the very same heeled mules. What followed was a more minimalist campaign back in October, and then a winter-wonderland-themed series for the holidays.
Lopez is currently on a press tour for her newly released Amazon Prime movie “Shotgun Wedding,” and she has been rocking her bridal whites for many of her on-air appearances. She took to Instagram in a white midi dress with an up-to-there slit and previously flaunted Michael Kors Collection suiting with a totally sheer tunic.
